Of course they can if they follow you around and observe you having sex - hehe.

Generally though there is no visible sign that a man has had sex or masturbated unless he fails to remove the condom and wash up properly. Although given that the scrotum draws up tight during ejaculation, a man being examined right after orgasm might still be showing a thigh scrotum. And pigmentation in th eshaft has been noticed to alter slightly during sex and will remain that way for a while after so that too might be a give away. but in both of those scenarios, the doctor would have to be familiar with yrou normal scrotum position and shaft pigmentation to notice if there is a difference.

Why would the doctor care? Even if he didnt, he would not be able to tell--unless he asked the question. A grin means yes, a blush means no.

To the best of my knowledge, men (unlike women), do not undergo any noticeable physical change when having sex for the first time.

As long as you bathe regularly, assume the answer is no.

Why would he want to know? Honey, relax, take a deep breath! Now, you are safe!
