i have lost alot of weight how do i tighten my body up and get rid of the excess skin?

    Unfortunately there is no way other than surgery to remove excess, saggy skin. Even with a rigorous work out and lots of muscle tone, once the skin has been stretched, the elasticity for bouncing back is ruined. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but at least you can decide if it's something you can live with or if surgery is something you want to consider. Best of luck. And kudos for losing all that weight!!! Keep up the good work.

    You have to work out a lot, so you can turn the excess skin into muscle.

    See a plastic surgeon and continue to work out. It should improve very gradually. If it's severe go to the plastic surgeon. I've seen many stories about what you're describing

    attempt swimming and lifting weights. devour sparkling pineapples. devour bananas and oatmeal. devour greek yogurt with sparkling berries. devour lean protein. Drink 8 glasses of water an afternoon. surgical operation isn't mandatory.

    treat your skin well with oils lotions

    and sesame oil

    chickpeaflour mix with water to create paste

    almond powder with a little water to make a paste

    do strength training at the gym, best to get a trainer if you can afford one, they know just what pieces of equipment to use
