anybody know any good diets?

I am 15, i weigh 105lb and id like to get down to 90 -95lb does anyone know any good diets?

    The best diet is none at all. The best suggestion I can make it is to eat a well balanced meal 5-6 times a day. I know it sounds ridiculously simple or probably it's been said over and over again but plain and simple there's no way around that.

    Sounds like you're a girl and if that's the case then make sure you're getting a good intake of protein as well.

    There are all kinds of good diets out there. I think the best is Weight Watchers. They are healthy and use real food. They are even safe for pregnant women and diabetics. But diet alone won't do it. You HAVE TO EXERCISE. I'm sorry . But you do. Walk every day. Or swim. Then you can even eat more. Good luck!

    Eat one meal a day between 2:00 and 5:00.

    Make sure it will fill you up before you go to bed.

    Watch the calories though
