Some effective exercises you can do at home are squats, lunges, pushups, dips off a chair, reverse crunches, stick curl-ups for your abs...

Purchase a resistance band so you can perform exercises like bicep curls, standing rows, tricep kickbacks, lateral raises as well as shoulder presses.

That's a great way place to start. If you have any specific questions on how to put that all together feel free to reach me by going here: http://www.4evertoned.com/contact.html

Walk around in circles in the living room. You never get tired for some reason. Also, try push ups or sit ups. Run around in more circles.

Also, habits most people consider annoying can burn a few calories. Move your legs or tap your fingers. Also, if you are really bored, roll on the floor.

Source(s): Note: I would also like to add that putting on light ankle weights is also effective. You work harder just to walk!
