Is there a exercise that will get rid of my inner thighs and my fat outer hips?

    squats, lunges, mountain climbs and donkey kicks. Also running/walking up hill or on incline on treadmill. Good Luck

    running. or anything aerobic. you need to sweat and your heart needs to be beating fast. start off slow.
