How long does it take to break in skateboarding bearings?

i have Bone Swiss Super Swiss 6-08 ball and i wanna know how long they take to break in.

i have been riding them for 3 days and they go a little faster but not as fast and as long as i have read.

myne spin for about 15 seconds.. if u spin it real fast.

but they should spin from 30-60 secs. if not longer.

yeah man you dont really break in bearing or anything.

I think you may have tightened the nut at the end of the axle a little too tight.

make sure you have washers inbetween the hanger and bearing and also inbetween the other bearing and axle nut, so thats 2 washers per wheel.

and as far as ABEC goes, the higher the number, the better they are

Bearings really dont break in. They get worse if thats what you are talking about. The higher the ABEC number the more friction in the bearing the lower the speed they roll at

You might have put them on wrong (maybe too tight on the trucks). I never heard of bearings breaking in (but wearing out, yea). I've got some Lucky Black Beauties on mine, no break in necessary.

bad choice buddy...you get some dirt/dust/sand in those bearings and they'll break for you in a matter of weeks.bones are the worst bearings ever!Trust me I know from experience but hopefully you'll have better luck.
