Green Tea and Weight Loss?

Can anyone give me your specific success/failures with using green tea as a weight loss tool? How much did you drink and how often? Were you following an additional plan or exercising and how much? Did you drink a cold glass in the morning? Did is actually work?

    the bad news is that drinking doggy dish water, along with a 1200 calorie diet has the identical effect.

    It doesnt actually work. It has a bit of a caffine like substance in it which gives you more engery. The plan is that with this slight energy boast you can work out more and burn more calories.

    yes i mix 100 mg in 6 oz. water for the past 2 months and have lost 15 lbs. i also do cardio

    Sorry to say

    I tried two cups a day

    but didnt loose a gram.

    try exercising and drink lots of water.

    i found it better.

    lost 7kg in 3 weeks.
