I can relate to this. George Bush President of the United States is a man without honor. He has spread shame on America, it's Constitution, and it's People. It is a highly embarrassing situation for every Good American. This Man has spun completely out of control and he needs to be stopped immediately. President Bush has reduced and discounted himself to nothing more then a mere "pedofile" and "War Criminal."

The only time there has ever been a treasury surplus was during the administration of Andrew Jackson. Distribution of the surplus began under the Jackson administration, and was completed by Martin van Buren's administration. The panic of 1837, which triggered the worst depression of the 19th century, began five weeks after van Buren took office.

You are getting bad data... there has NEVER been a federal budget surplus. Some liberals like to shout and wave their arms that Clinton ran a surplus, which is a bald faced LIE, his rate of deficit growth was lower than the previous administration so the media coined the term "surplus". Get it right. Clinton ran us in to just as deep a debt as the "other guys", just not as fast.

George Bush of course. He has spent so much money we will never recover and will have a debt to other countries from now until the end of time. We can't make enough tax dollars to pay off what the reckless spending of George Bush.

Raygun and Bush have done this.
But Raygun had Alzheimer's and it was actually Joan Quigley his personal Sorcereress and Priestess of the San Francisco Church of Satan, that invented Voodoo economics.

Government should not have a surplus, ever.
Besides, Gray Davis wasted California's surplus. And he's a Democrat.
