What is the best why to gain weight while working out?

    Don't do more than 20-30 minutes, 3x's per week of cardio. Weight program should include relatively "heavy" weights, three sets of 6-10 reps at least 4, if not 5x's per week. Diet program should include a lot of "healthy" proteins;i.e. chicken, fish, lean meats, avocados, raw almonds, etc. and "healthy" carbs; i.e. fruits, vegetables, grains. In addition, you may want to supplement with a whey protein shake once a day. I would stay away from soy, because more than likely it is processed soy, which can play around with your hormones. P.S. be careful about tuna fish, as it contains mercury and can actually become toxic to your body and require medical attention. I would recommend that you only eat tuna once, no more than twice, per week.

    Weight? Mucle is weight... does that count? Other then that, eating protien such as fish and chicken will help.
