    It's quite easy to make biodiesel. The website below outlines the process. It can be as simple as blending vegetable oil with other chemicals.

    As for methanol, it depends on how much you need to use. You can buy methanol in retail stores, but it can be bought in bulk elsewhere. Same thing for the sulfuric acid...

    ...just be careful. I should also note that doing things like this on a small scale are often cost ineffective.

    Vegetable Oil (Don't use used Vegetable Oil on your first try)

    and proper lab equipment.

    If you're a school-age student, get a chemistry teacher's permission and do it in a lab on a small scale. You've got to know the science before you can do it on a larger scale.
