Alliance of a company and one or more incorporated or unincorporated businesses into a single accounting entity that then carries on the activities of the separate entities. A business combination must be accounted for under the Purchase (Accounting) Method.
Who do I contact to do this?

An accountant and a lawyer. To make the combination, one of the companies will have to purchase the other, and there are a myriad of regulatory requirements that must be met (anti-trust, etc.). Consult a lawyer. Then see an accountant.
