If it is a software Firewall then you need to go into the setup and allow that program to pass through. If it is a router then you need to do port forwarding on the router. I have set it up before but its been a while. It should be in the help menu for PC Anywhere.

If you have a hardware firewall, such as those built into cable modems and wireless routers, you can go into the settings and setup Port Range Forwarding and enable ports 5631 through 5632 (TCP and UDP). This will allow the pcanywhere traffic to flow through.

Simply turn off it through the Control pannel. And don't even think about of browsing the Internet and Inserting Html documents. It could do harm to your computer if there wasn't any firewall.
