I need to lose weight?

i'm not fat, but in order to get as many jobs with the modeling company im with, i need to slim my thighs and butt. Not by much, but its very hard. Any suggesstions????

    simple. eat well and work out. and bye the way REALLY skinny models are out. now people want curvy models. maybe you should stay at your weight.

    You need to stay healthy and away from high glycemic food sources. Do you do shakes instead of fast food.     You cannot spot reduce. If you have fat on your thighs and butt the only way to lose it is to lose fat overall.

    You might try some weight lifting exercises to target those areas. They will help you firm up and tone up, and can certainly change size and appearance. Do squats, lunges, etc. consider joing a gym and getting advice from a professional trainer.

    Water and toning exercises. Your agent should have suggestions. I am small but have to focus on those two areas as well. Just a little exercise makes a huge difference (Too much will bulk you up though!)

    you can eat once or twice a day, but eat like vegetables, fruits, and those kinds of vegeterian foods........You can wake up early and do some exercise for an hour.........If you think you can eat a certain amount of food, get half of what you can eat at that moment.........i hope that these helps you.........Good Luck with your modeling!!!!!

    You feel good and you'll look good no matter how much weight there is to lose.

    Its healthy and psychologically sound.

    You cant lose weight in certain places, just the same you cant gain in certain places. Just tone your body.
