where can I get a permit for a blank gun?

How much does the permit cost?

    i have never heard of a blank gun i have seen blanks before you just put them in a real gun and shoot them a blank is only a shell casing and gun powder and it is crimped at the end there is no bullet that way you hear a boom from the round going off but a bullet doesn't fire as for the permit most in states you don't need a permit for a gun just ask a gun dealer for what your state law is

    Guns that are for blanks only are not considered firearms, check out tha NRA's website , they have up to date firearms laws in an easy to understand format.
