Infection in throat,Tiredness,Cough these all are symtoms of that u have been severly attacked by cold, and so, u are in urgent need of treatment, Rush to your nearest doctor now for help regarding medicine, and follow few homely tips:

    (a) Gargle by luke warm water putting some salt in it.

    (b) Get your chest massaged by Old Ghee(Preferably Cow)

    (c) Wear adequate warm clothes.

    (d) Use mustard oil to massage the feet.

    (e) Sit near fireplace/blower to get your body heat.

    (f) Drink Hot milk with kesar.

    (g) Use Tulsi Kadha instead of tea.

    (h) Use medicines as prescribed by doctor.

(Normaly Combiflam,Cetrizine,Paracetamo... syrup is prescribed-DON'T take any medicine without doctor's consultation)

It is slightly expensive, but my family finds that the Airborne is wonderful for colds (many stores have their own generic form of Airborne to save you money); and Mucinex is excellent for congestion. If you have flu symptoms, Theraflu works! Yes, you can resort to the old home remedies, but if you're in a hurry to get well, these really have worked for us.

gargle with all natural apple cider vineagar. 2000 mg vit c, then 1000 mg every four hours, drink large amounts of fluids to speed the cold thru your system, get lots of sleep.

    good luck
