Sony EX71 headphones or Sennheiser CX300?
Alternatively, pay more for the new Bose in-ear ones even though they don't seal your ear canal?

The Sony Ex71 is an ok earphone but suffers from poor build. The main complaint being the cable and the earbuds. Its simply not built to last more than about 6 months. The Seinheiser CX300 has only slightly better build quality. It has been designed to enhance bass at the expense of other frequencies.
I would in all honesty not recommend either. There is actually a lot of competion within the price range. Some of the notable example are the Soundwise E2 or G3 and the Cresyn E630. These earphones are slightly cheaper and have far better build quality and Sound. The G3 in particular is a very good earphone. I bought mine after reading the www.lordpercy.com review and could not be happier.

Go for the Sony EX71 but make sure you buy it from a trusted shop not from ones which sell faulty or refurbished devices.Source(s): experience
