    Hi there. An active lifestyle including aerobic exercise, solid weight training, and a healthy diet should help. It's tough , I know.

    A "healthy" diet consists of whole grains, fresh fruits, veggies, and lean proteins.

    Speak to your doctor for sure. That's always wise. best of luck.

    See a doctor for more help. If you're still over weight it might be a health problem like thyroid.

    Drinking lots of water and waiting for your metabolism to increase by continuing to excersise and eat well. Also you can increase the intensity of your workouts when your current one gets easy.
