Anyone know about these animated shorts "Pat and Stanley"?

I've seen a ton of animated shorts with "Pat and Stanley" a little animated hippo and dog on google video (they are numerous places). They are supposed to be an animated French series by Pierre Coffin. I can't seem to find out anything online about them though. Anyone have any information about them. They are the cutest things! I don't speak a lick of French and they are still hilarious.
