Hey guys, could you please tell me the ending of "Rocky Balboa"?
Who wins? Balboa or Dixon?

In a scene reminiscent of Rocky, the fight ends with both men beating each other up and then separating/ Rocky and his group walk out of the ring before the decision is made. He has destroyed his inner demons and can leave in peace. On the way out the arena they announce Dixon wins 95-94, 95-94, 94-95 to retain his title. Meanwhile Rocky holds up his hand in triumph for having survived the exhibition bout. Clue, the belt was never in jeopardy. It was only a ten rounder and not a twelve rounder. The decision was just a formality. BTW, if you watched the fight Dixon had both a one point and a two point round. Rocky never had a two point round so he had to win six rounds to win and five rounds to lose. The thing you should be thinking is if he wins five rounds how does he lose. The answer is the two point round with two knock downs. They had to score that one 10- 8 Dixon.

The fight ended in a split decision and Dixon won. Rocky was still the champ though for going into it at his age and not backing down once!

Well, this is just an exhibition bout, so there aren't any titles on the line:
Dixon won via split decision. Rocky never expected to win. He was walking to the dressing rooms as the decision was announced and seemed happy that he got so close. Damn, now he'll want a comeback. :P
