I feel so lost and confused, any help ?

erg, well for starters i broke up with my boyfriend after being together for 6 months, i deeply regret it, and i miss him so much.

And well my best friend, and him are also best friends , and i found out today she likes him, and he sure as heck acts like her likes her back.

I really want to be happy for them, but it's so hard.

I don't know if i should just keep it to myself and not say anything to my ex or tell him how i feel ..

I don't want to ruin anything or cause waves.

Any advice ..?

Sweetie, if I was your best friend, I wouldn't even think about going out with him in a romantic way. Why would your "best friend" want to cause you double the pain?

Be the big one here and dump the both of them.

It is going to hurt for a long time but eventually you will learn how to live with such pain and live life to the fullest.

RUIN anything? It isn't you that is ruining things, your so called best friend should be sitting in your shoes and see just who is ruining things. And the waves are kind of fun to ride every now and then ( : lol.

You sound like a very mature young lady and his loss is another mans gain!

Oh yeah, you can find better best friends.

Hi Michelle, If you have deep feeling you should tell him you made a mistake. He is hurt that you break up with him,and he is probably putting on an act, about liking her. Talk to him,and see if you still have a chance. A Friend. Try to have a Merry Christmas, and a safe New Years.

Michelle, it is very considerate of you not to interfere with your best friend's situation. It is hard to keep your hurt inside you, but there is a lot at risk if you bring it up. For whatever closure you seek, it would be helpful to you if you found out exactly what was the reason for the break-up.

Let it be, you had your chance with him and broke up for certain reasons. At this age it is about trying out a lot of different people that way when it comes to picking just one, you can have some expierence to live by.

you should make sure if he likes her or not... dont start assuming things just yet because if it does turn out false, you've been worrying and feeling down for no apparent reason... and if he does then you should tell him how you feel but tell him that he should give you time to get over certain feelings so that you dont feel so awkward. anyways, hope everything works out.

    Merry Christmas

Oh I'm sorry but this is wrong! I had friends like this when I was younger. If your friend was really your friend she wouldn't like your ex. When I was younger I didn't care because it was just a guy and friends come first. But ya know what. They never changed and were picking up my sloppies even in our late 20's. Which when you get older it hurts worse. All the girls that did this to me before I am no longer friends with. Cut them both.................Because if friends really came first.....................

oh this hurts. I think if you really can't feel happy for them cos you still have feelings for your ex and wouldn't want to jeopardize your relationship with your best friend, then you should just avoid them for a while.

You sound just like an ex of mine. She broke up with me, didnt give a crap how I felt, then when she saw me getting interested in another woman decided she wanted me back and then made my life miserable stalking me.

You need to think hard before you do a thing. My advice is to back off and leave him alone and her alone or you will get tagged as a nutcase.

let her have him for awhile, and get over it. i'm sure it won't last long between the two of them and that will give you some time to reflect on yourself and who you are as a person and what you really want
