Santa Claus isn't into ethnic cleansing and treats kids better than God.

There are several. Santa has a job he shows up for. Santa has a sense of humor. The gifts Santa brings are often useful. Santa doesn't make promises he has no intention of keeping. Santa won't send you to Hell if you don't give his buddies money. Santa has never started a war. Santa knows the Earth is round. Santa doesn't refuse to pay taxes on his properties while expecting public services. And, most importantly, Santa wears pants.

Santa Claus was a saint back in the early 1600's or something like that. He gave gifts to persons and such.. His good deeds earned him the rank of a saint by the catholic church.

God , well God is a spirit being that is the source of power, love, justice, and wisdom.

Santa Claus was based on a good man named Nicklaus who helped the poor and needy. He lived in the 3rd century. After his death; the Catholic church beatified him, and after three miracles; listed him as a saint.

Then the legends spread even faster about Saint Klaus. As the legend spread to other people with different lanhuages Saint Klaus mutated into Today's interpretation if Santa Claus.

Good question, they are both methods of bribery, used to control naughty little souls.

Santa Claus was a Dutch invention, based on a real person, St Nicholas, a Byzantine (pre-Turkish) christian who gave three girls money to stop them from turning to prostitution to prevent their family from starving to death. He was changed into a a elf like figure by the Dutch, who would give presents to to children if they were good, and this idea was mixed up with Father Christmas, the English idea, of the Old man of the woods, who would bless the Virgin of the village - she was placed in a yew tree or a cider apple tree, and sung to (wassailed) in pagan times.

God, is a Deity, takes different forms in different minds - unlike Santa Claus, he is not based on any living individual, but early man invented 'a god' in their own image, and recon that he he invented us in his image - gets confusing here - so basically it is a method of controlling us, by telling is if we have been good, we will get rewarded in the next life.

God is real, as it is written in the Bible. Santa Clause is also real in a way, as he is in every mall this time of year. The difference is that God created man, who created Santa, but Santa created nothing!

Santa Claus -- Saint Nicholas -- was a real person.

God is the adult version of Santa.

"If you don't be good, you'll go to hell and burn for eternity, and he's always watching"

"If you don't be good, you won't get any prezzies on xmas morn, and santa is watching fron the north pole"

Storyline sounds very similar to me.

The only difference is that 'Santa' actually delivers on his promises.

Very simple, God is real and Santa is a fairy tale for children. God is here for us 24/7/365. His Holy Spirit is with you even when you sleep. He listens to every thought you have and He really and truly knows when you've been naughty or nice. Ask for forgiveness through Jesus though and you begin anew. Isn't it wonderful? Merry Christmas and God Bless. Remember who is the reason for the season...

Well Santa is a human made up person...

God is a real spiritual person... He created us. He knows us. He became one of us & sent his son to die on the cross for us. (he rose again after 3 days). I could go on for pages and pages about this but I wont...
