    Try drinking weight gain protein drinks that are sold in stores. Also I have personally gained weight quickly by drinking avocado juice or eating one mixed with condensed milk twice a day. I gained almost 10lbs (more than 2kgs) on that. Lastly, exercise so that you can convert your fat to healthy muscle weight.

    Eat 500 calories more a day than you usually do. This will make you gain about a pound a week.
