Thats the chorus and its sung in the background of the actual song.

If it's the Christmas song you're talking about, the song is called Caroling Caroling.

If you're referring to a rap song, it could be Let Me Ride by Dr. Dre. In the background there's a woman who sings ring ding donngg over and over.
