Telekinesis ever on film?

I've heard of so many who so called then move objects with their mind, etc. Why is it you never see it on tv or the news or anything like that? Is there even "real" clips on the net, not some trick. I wonder why those who claim to do it don't video tape it.

It has been caught on film, I've seen it. Watch the show Ghost Hunters on Sci-fi or look up some episodes on you-tube. They have captured telekinesis more than once. Look up the Stanley Hotel Room 411 (or 413) episode from Season 2 on you tube. There might be clips of the door actually opening and a glass breaking on the table by itself. They also have film of a chair moving across the floor by itself. Really creepy stuff.

As for all these "magic tricks", to prove that they are not tricks, they need to be in a "controlled environment" (i.e. a laboratory, under the supervision of scientists and "magicians", the scientists to make measures, the magicians to find and explain the frauds.).

In the end, TK has been checked and rechecked, and NOT ONE experiment proved its existence.

Same for telepathy and similar stuff.

So, we have not yet found ONE case of FACT.

    Just tricks or failures.

    But I am still open.

PS: nowadays, a video, a film or similar won't do: too easy to trick.

This ability is actually a very recent creation in the fictional or mythical world while the ability to move objects with one's mind from afar can date back in mythology thousands of years ago. Tactile telekinesis is the ability to sub-consciously generate a telekinetic force-shield/field which encases an object or person allowing the telekineticist to manipulate that object through skin contact (and usually only skin contact). This allows for the telekineticist to carry or move said object without fear of it crumbling under its own weight.

This ability was originally presented as a more scientifically sound explanation for Superman's feats of strength. This included exceeding the strain and mass-to-energy lifting power of his physical body, exceeding the durability of his organic body, his power of flight and most notably his ability to lift buildings without having them crumble around him under their own weight. On a side note this was also used to explain why blows from Superman didn't pulverize 'soft-flesh' opponents, however there are many characters who can still shred people like wet tissue paper even with this ability. Subsequently all fictional characters who display the above abilities are principally given the ability of tactile telekinesis by default even without the creators having to say so.

Go to "". He is a magician turned skeptic and has put one million dollars into an account which will be given to anyone who can demonstrate paranormal or psychic ability under his conditions. Sylvia Browne accepted the challenge publicly on Larry King Live and has never followed through. Randi has a counter counting off the number of days he's been waiting for her to take the challenge she promised to take. It's way up there and still counting. You will find his site very informative. I, myself am a former paranormal investigator turned skeptic because I, like you, have realized that with a video camera in just about every household these days, video evidence of the paranormal should be flooding our televisions! But even shows dedicated to the paranormal such as "Most Haunted" and "Ghost Hunters" are completely without any footage and downright laughable. As one skeptic has said, "There are no haunted places, just haunted people." As far as the paranormal goes, that statement sums it up best for me.
