How can I send a mail to all my contacts in the same time,,without seeing one another?

Do a BBC. It stands for Blind Carbon Copy. How to access it depends on what mail service you use but it should be accessable on most any service.

Go to Yahoo! Address Book, click the select all button, click send mail, at the top ad bottom of the page, and that should let you send an email to al your contacts

there are three options, 1. To 2. CC 3. BCC each stands for the person you are addressing to, a copy with the notification to the person originally addressed and a copy which will not be notified to the addressee and carbon copy receiver respectively.
You should try BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) option, write all addresses with comma separation in BCC column and click send button.

BC stands for Blind Copy. If they are bc then they do not see each other unless they are in the To: field
