What is the meaning of the term 'Pan-India'? from where this concepts came?

    This is the term they use for the people who pan for gold in India, sometimes they got good nuggets and sell them on the market..☺

    Pan India covers a geographica area including North-East, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Orissa, Assam, Jammu and Kashmir.
