I talk to lots of coulpes that have been married 25, 40 or 60 years....they all admit considering divorce at some point..... but what

happened is they reconnected and are very happy in the end.

You need to talk to your spouse. If are bored then so is your spouse. Take controll back. Think about what attracted you to each other to begin with. Help with the chores so there is more free time to be together... talk about your dreams... they have changed a bit... make a plan to accomplish some of them. Marriage is the hardest job you will ever have besides raising kids. Commit doesnt just happen.... its work. When your relationship is new it doesnt seem like work cuz your emotions are so high... now you have recreate that..... plus.. ... it'd really suck to divorce only to find you had the right person all along but now really really hurt them beyond repair. I hope you make the choice that is honorable and is in the best interest of everyone involved. What are you doing that is exciting for your partner?

Marriage is a two way street. Lack of communication will create boredom. It's time for a change. First...I would tell the spouse how you feel. Think of idea's in the meantime, that would improve the marriage. Need a vacation? Find interest which involves something you both like. Involvement including another married couple to fill in the gap of interest. Learn to laugh! Maybe your taking things to serious.

It takes two to tango. She is probably just as bored with you as you are with her. Marriages go through phases. Too many people jump on the divorce wagon the minute it's not the exciting train ride it was when they first got hitched. If I were you, I would do something to add a little spice. Break up the monotony. Sweep her a way for a romantic surprise vacation....in a luxury hotel room someplace...and don't leave the hotel room. Play naked twister. Whatever. If the marriage has fallen into a boring routine, it's just as much your fault as it is hers. And probably neither of you are really to blame. It just happens. And one last bit of advice...FYI - If you end up divorcing and looking elsewhere for some excitement, I guarantee you are about 99% certain to repeat the same old routine. That's what marriage is. Good luck. Hope this helps.

No!!!! then you will meet someone else, fall in love again, married..and get bored again!!!! What happen with the wedding vows then?

Gee...thou should be together in happiness and rough times, through health and illness..but for you, looks like it takes boredom only to do you part, not death!

Spark up your marriage again. The love is still there, itsjust the spark is gone cos you get too comfortable already w spouse.

Nice dinner, sms/sweet notes, a little suprise now and then & new adventures in the bedroom will make you fall in love w each other again all over.

I don't think it is a good enough reason to end a marriage. Tell your spouse how you feel. Add some fire to your romance. Remember the vowels you took, for better/worst. Plus, I think the judge will side with her and give her a lot of alimony if you say its over due to apathy/boredom :) P.S. don't forget Karma is a mother.

It takes two. Sounds like you are part of the boring problem. Make some suggestions to spice things up a bit. But, if you are looking for that same feeling you had when you first fell in love, very few people stay there in their relationships. They grow in their love in different ways. They accept each others characteristics that might drive someone else crazy. She may fart in her sleep and you might snore. But despite those things, you love each other. Marriage is hard work.

If your marriage is boring, that's partly your own fault. What are you doing to make it exciting? Planned any romantic dates lately? Bought flowers, candy, jewelry, nighties, cards? Done something that you know she likes, (better yet - something she knows you don't necessarily like, and then don't complain about it while you're doing it with her), just because you know she wants to do it? There are many really sweet things a person can do to add excitement to a relationship. Even a handwritten note can add some spice if it's worded in just the right way. Good luck and don't give up!

Yes...you should have action every now & then. Dont dump the person, just take a little break. You might start to like someone else or you might miss the person & when you miss a person you want them in your arms & that makes you want to make love with them...you should try it. Go somewhere. You might get bored but only YOU can change a ride from boring 2 interesting

No it is not a reason to get a divorce. You spice it up or think of things you can do to make it better. You have probably got comfortable with the situation and now want something different.

Well your partner is probably thinking the same thing.

Light it up and see what happens.

You might get a big surprise.

    Good luck

LMAO.. that's marriage. You know, it may be routine but when you have routine taken from you and there is no way that you can have it no matter how you tried... you'd be amazed how much you would want it. Generally good relationships can be a bit boring so you just have to make a real effort to make it exciting. Believe me... if your relationship is really exciting.. it's usually a bad one. If you're in a bad relationship, you never know what's happening next but it takes it's toll on you. Boring is better and you can ALWAYS spice things up. You just have to make the effort you lazy bugger.

You know.. if YOU are bored, perhaps YOU are BORING!
