Do you know any good exercises to make my abdominal muscles strong?
I'm about 15 1/2 years old and I want to do exercises so I can get a six pack. Do you know any exercises that I can do at home instead of going to the gym because I do not have a membership card for the meantime.

pilates is great for you abs and do not require anything...there is alot about them on the web and if you can watch somevideos on it there are plenty of simple moves you do just about anywhere...I find them enjoyable although I know some people who can't stand them...
ONE WARNING however...last statistic I read was that only about 20% of all people are gentically capable of having a 6-pack...this may not be you body type so please don't stress over it...just shoot for strong and healthy...after all why settle for a 6pack when you can have a half-keg instead!
