i have some pimple on my face but i hate the most is my white and black heads how can i get over it?

i hate pimples, white heads and black heads on my face....maybe pimples i have solutions to it but in white and black heads it really interupts me..its looks so annoying and i want to know how to avoid or to prevent it..

You must thoroughly wash your face every day. Pimples are caused when your face gets oily from sweat or just humidity in the air. Simply rinsing your face with facial soap and water 2-3 times a day will prevent blackheads and pimples.
