ok given the only stupid question is the one not asked here goes...I work 60 hours a week I have 2 jobs...?

One of the jobs I work for 1030pm to 7am, the other job I work from 330 till 10pm. The times in between work I am sleeping or getting ready for work. Getting a new job is out of the question from a commitment standpoint. How can I a) meet someone outside of the internet b) have the time to start dating again?

Update:

I have one day off a week that is usually spent taking care of chores, such as rent, car insurance, feeding cats, taking care of work problems, meetings, car repair etc.

I hope I dont meet anyone to date at work been there done that..dont **** where you eat

Update 2:

screw it anyone in south ga wanna date?

Sorry, but you are just going to have to cut back on your work hours. Meeting someone is hard enough, but what about after you meet them? Are they supposed to put up with you having two jobs? I understand perhaps you do it for financial reasons, and that's a tough situation, but relationships take time, and if you want something serious...something is going to have to give, or nothing will work out. Even casual dating takes time and energy. It may be a situation where you need to back off of work hours for a while, and then can start them up again to a more limited degree once you are in a relationship, but of course this is down the line and after discussing it with a partner.

All of that work can't be good for your stress level or general health anyway. Do you eat right? Get enough exercise? Doesn't sound like your life is very balanced. This is all important even without a partner.

You are going to end up meeting someone at work. I hate to tell ya, but if that is the only place you have a social life at, that is where your social life is going to come from.

Be careful with this. Make sure it is the type of person that is sensible enough to be able to work together after a breakup.

    Good luck, HTH

    ***after your update***

Sorry to hear that, I know I have had 5 work relationships and all but one have turned out very well. I chose poorly once.

If you cannot have a good breakup you are going to have to cut down on those work hours so you have time to meet someone or just deal with no one in your life. Sorry, it sucks.

OMG I almost wish you weren't so far from me since that pretty much sums up my feelings too! I've said I give up at least 6x this week alone.

I always thought that it would be hard to meet someone once you start working. I just wouldn't know how to find the time or the places to meet people. I guess a client if you work with people or people at work if you like that they may share your same field of work.

You got days off? Try and take someone you know and like online out for a date here and there. I work a lot and much the same hours, you got to make the time. try getting at least one day a week to yourself and use it to have some free time fun or you will burn out quick.

The way to do it is to quit one of your jobs. That's the only way I can think of to do it. You don't have time for a relationship otherwise. Cheer up! Nothing is impossible. If you want another job, you can find one. Just be sure to give your employer ample notice that you want to leave, and be sure that you have another job lined up for sure before you start leaving. Good luck!
