how can i make a diett?
i wod like to make a diet in 2 1/2 weeks and loose 4kg. i wod like if u give me a way to loose them. (details plz so i can follow)im not that fat by the way! just wana be happy abt me!

Hmm. I'm not sure but just eat only healthy foods like fruits and vegtables. and if you get the munchies like have a couple of carrots and get some exercises in everyday even if its just a little. try like walking your dog or playing a sport. Oh and really lay off the junk food that stuff will get to you sooner or later.
