It's one in the morning, what should I eat?

I had a nap at around 6 and woke up at 11; what should I eat to get sleepy again, but won't make me gain 2 pounds overnight?

    Something light, because you will sleep again. Glass of milk is good enough, but maybe some cereals with it should be fine. If you do not like drinking milk at night, eat fruit salad, and not citric fruits eg: lemon, orange.

    Did you know by the drinking a glass of water before going to sleep can prevent hunger pains.

    Most people say just drink warm milk...or have a hot bowl of soup...the key is something warming.

    Maybe a little bowl of cereal.

    I just had two pieces of toast, and they were great, plus it wont make you gain 2lbs!
