    First dip it in hot water (180 degrees exactly). if the water is cooler or hotter than 180 degrees, the skin will tear. it’s hard to maintain the correct water temperature, so this method isn’t recommended. if you plan to pluck birds, do it in the field soon after the birds are in the bag.

    depends what type of bird,if its a game bird like a pheasant I dont pluck I skin if you want to roast cover the breast in bacon,if its turkey pour boiling water over it and start pulling away from the angle the feathers are pointing

    Place in boiling water , let it sit for awhile and then pluck bird.!!!

    Repeat process(water starts to get cold) until bird is fully plucked.!!!

    Place it in very hot water, after that the feathers come out easily...so I've seen and heard.
