CHECK YOUR FUSES

Underneath your dash is a fuse box. Grab your owners manual that you received with the car and it should give you a fuse chart. Check the fuse that controls your dashboard lights. You may need to change the fuse. Any auto parts store can check the fuse for you and get you a new one.

Check the fuse for the instrument lights.

Probably a blown fuse or maybe the wire became disconnected from the fuse block.

if none of them work, its probably a fuse. Or a loose wire.
or, someone could have turned the dimmer switch all the way down.
