They can have 10 to 80 babies (known as fry) at a time, once every 3 to 4 weeks.

1-100 is a better answer than 10-100. Few guppies have 1 or 2 fry,but... it happens. Especially if the female is young.
However, don't stress yourself too much. Even if you are extremely dilligent, babies randomly die, some are still born, and many are usually eaten by the mother and her tankmates.
On an off note, they also make food for the little guys. A small tube of it costs about $2-$4 and lasts quite some time. It's primarily egg yolk, which they love and helps them grow up nice and strong. I personally use 'Small Fry Food' made by Wardley (spelling) in a small white and blue upside down triangular tube.

Up to 100. Depends on the size of the female. The baby's are called fry. Other fish in the tank will eat the fry including mom.
