If you're in a public bathroom and the person in the stall next to you sneezes, do you bless him?

I would say no. But, "do unto others as you'd have them do to you" is not out of the question. Would you take offense or appreciation if you heard a voice from the stall next to you after you sneeze?

No, it's an unwritten rule that there is no verbal contact between 2 people using a public facility when taking a dump.

    Of course, why wouldn't you?

I try to say bless you anytime someone around me sneezes.

Yes. In fact, I blessed everyone I met.

Nothing wrong with doing so. For many people, it's just an instinctive reaction because the response has been hammered into us.

Yes! You are in the same room - regardless of the fact that your drawers are around your ankles - so be civil!

    Merry Christmas!

No. The person is in a private space.

    Yes.

I always do. For me, it's a bit of a 'knee-jerk' reaction as it was instilled in me by my Mom.
