Do some hispanics find bald heads offensive?

Someone told me that certain people of a hispanic background find a bald head to be offensive? Is this true? and if so Why?

Update:

Someone told me that certain hispanic cultures are offended by a person with a bald head.

I'm not trying to be disrespectful in any way, I just wanted to find out the truth to correct the person who told me,so they won't be spreading false truths.
