I need a floor cardio workout thats for a intermediate level?
I'm wanting a fun floor cardio workout to add in my weekly routine.
I do step aerobics, tredmill, weights, jogging

Believe it or not Kate Lawlers Boxercise video is very good. You get out of it what ever you put into it but 10/10 ijn my book

Plyometrics, or vertical leaping is a very good cardio workout that you can do using the same platform you use for your step aerobics. Only difference is that instead of stepping you jump on and off. If you want to use it to add muscle to your buttocks in particular you simply increase the height you jump. Skipping rope is another very good cardio that also works every muscle in your body.
