Some on check out my workout routine?

and tell me if it works

trow ten jabs with the left and then right hand

and do 10 jumping jacks trow ten jabs with the left and

riight again and do 20 jumping jacks trow ten jabs with the left then right and do 30 jumping jacks do this all the way to 100 and start over each time

    Anything that works up a sweat and is low impact qualifies for a good aerobic workout. If you are sweating, it's working!

    just get your heart rate up - does not matter what you do
