I'm not sure when you're eating and excercising but do it early and not too near bedtime.

When youre going to bed try some relaxation techniques and breathing excercises. Lie on your back and close your eyes, relax each of your muscles from your big toe up, think about each individul body part and feel it relax.

While doing this, try this breathing excercise, breathe in for the count of 8 hold it for 4 and breathe out for the count of 8, hold for 4, and repeat.

This should help you relax enough to sleep.Good luck and I hope your sleep pattern settles.

You should exercise first thing in the morning, for a start. It gets your metabolism going, and gives you a big energy boost for the day. Don't exercise at night time, or even late afternoon. And what kind of exercise are you doing? Are you physically fit? Are you trying to do too much for your fitness level?

I don't know how much you mean when you say "i eat a lot", but maybe you should eat a little less. And what kind of food are you eating? If you eat a lot of refined, processed foods, frozen or packet meals, ready made meals, all that kind of stuff, you're gonna feel like crap. You need lots of fresh fruit and veg, lean proteins and a good balance of whole grain foods.

Whatever you're doing, anyway, it's obviously not working for you. Go to a doctor or dietician and discuss it with them. They'll be able to help you develop a diet and exercise plan that is appropriate for you, effective, safe, and do-able.

Define alot. It's okay to eat, in fact it is necessary. Saying "eat less" is bad advice. My advice is to eat small portions often. For example 5-6 small meals throughout the day is very good to keep your metabolism running at capacity. As far as your exercise goes, you don't need to overdo it. 5-6 times per week at about one hour each day is plenty. Alternate your muscle groups each day for your strength training to allow for muscle rest and regeneration. Cardiovascular exercise should comprise 40-60% of your exercise time depending on your goals. Proper nurtrition and exercise should be stress relief and allow you to sleep soundly. If there are other factors increasing your strength, try some additional methods such as meditating in solitude for 15 min a day, counseling (it's okay to do this without being labeled a mental patient), or soaking in a warm bath for 20 min every other day. Good luck!

I would not comment upon your eating and exercising habits, but i am more concerned about your sleep.

If you feel stressed, spend time with friends and family. Don't sit alone in a corner and take all the miseries upon you. discuss the matter with your parents.

Don't think about your past experiences all the time. Read good books or listen to soft music before sleeping. take hot water bath before sleeping.

Instead of spending a lot of time in exercises, spend time with a lot of good friends. Hang around with them to places of your interest.

Don't take work burden all the time. You can also meditate with soft music for about 15 minutes in a day.

I personally give my best regards.

Eh... just enjoy life. Cut back on evercising.. its overrated.

Just try to eat better, small meals. Exercise normally. Try not to get stressed by all the meaningless bull in life. Take a book to bed, it helps calm the mind, relieve it of its daily thoughts. Take a break from all of humanities hype and busy-body bull.

what kind of food are you eating? give yourself 2-3 hours of doing NOTHING before bed. no food drink chores anything. Only go to bed when you are tired if you lay in bed for 20 minutes then you should get up. It will get easier.
