How can i lose weight?

I'm 13 years old. i weigh 50kg.I'm pudgy around the stomach area and my thighs are humongous. My friends say that I'm not fat but they don't see what i see. i always wear a shirt and board shorts to the pool because if it. please i need help to loose this excess weight.

    what you should do to lose weight is start by doing daily walks of 20 minutes and not eat any friend food as you progress to longer walks or even running you should avoid any snacks between meals and never eat allot at night because the body doesn't spend any energies during the night it only will accumulate more fat in to your body try not to eat after 19:00.And as you progress after every run you should exercise ex: some squashes in sequence of six each time taking a short brake and doing it again until u fill its anuff some abdominal as well as some push ups.That way if you exercise and have balanced meals your body won't be flaccid and at the same time you lose weight you create some mussels and straighten your body.Good luck

    i got here upon the e book to be very informative and easy to study. i have lost 17 pounds in 12 days, i'm basically in contact that i'm dropping too a lot weight, too rapidly. i visit admit i have not talked with reference to the coaching guide precisely. i'm not sticking completely to the listed ingredients and meal plans (yet more desirable typically than not) and doing little or no exercising, regardless of the indisputable fact that the burden retains flying off.     Excersise , regular for about thrirty to one hour daily will do soo good for u and u are young ur metabolism is so high so do not afraid u will lose it for sure ... and if u want the secret that worked for me .. walking daily for an hour and u will see the effects of ur stomach and ur legs within weeks ... but do not forget to watch up ur diet ... sure to get all the healthy and necessary nutrients u need for ur age ... and try to avoid u know low fibre high fat diets

    and thats all ... and i can garantee u that this will works with u one hundered precent just try it ... good luck with best shape
