Drink more calcium because they help bones to grow, even if a little. Yes,for teens at your age, sleep for 8 hours, if not, at least 6 hours.

pulates can make you grow by stetching you. You may want to check that out.

as far as sleep for someone your age you should get at least 9 hours.

and you should try to eat a balenced healthy diet with plenty of leafy greens, fruits and other veggies. This can be vital to your growth. And make sure you are getting the recomended amounts of calcium(which you can get from leafy greens) and protein.

adults need between 6 and 9 hours, depending on the individual. but for someone of your age, id recommend at least 9. and yes, its very important to proper mental and physical development.as for food, remember that there are certain substances that are bad for a growing and developing body, such as: sugar, caffiene, alcohol, any kind of narcotic drug, any drug, medication, or substance that causes either dehydration or hyper-tension (anti-depressants, soda pop, "uppers", diet pills). also, avoid fasting, because it can cause malnutrition for a growing body. yo-yo dieting also has this effect. you need lots of protein and fruits and vegetables. if your thinking of becoming a vegetarian, wait til your at least 18.
