I want to gain some weight in specific areas of my body, say my hips, thighs and arms, what do I do?

I rule out surgery, what kind of food is healthy enough to help me put on weight.

    if you want to gain weight in specific areas then weight training is the only way PROTIEN for the diet

    food alone wont do it

    the only other way would be plastic surgery

    do the proper excercise of that part and eat more protine concentrate more on weight rather than raps
