    Barack Obama is in the Senate, he is currently the only black Senator.

Jefferson, Maxine Waters, Sanford Bishop, Corinne Brown, Jim Clyburn, Alcee Hastings, Eddie Bernice Johnson, Bobby Rush, Robert C. Scott, Mel Watt, Albert Wynn, Bennie Thompson, Chaka Fattah, Sheila Jackson Lee, Jesse Jackson, Jr., Juanita Millender-McDonald, Elijah Cummings, Julia Carson, Danny K. Davis, Carolyn Cheeks Kirkpatrick, Gregory W. Meeks, Barbara Lee, Stephanie Tubbs Jones, William Lacy Clay, Jr., Diane Watson, Artur Davis, Kendrick Meek, David Scott, G.K.
