For Taiwan and Singapore you can use either Mandarin Chinese or English. The Mandarin version is: 圣诞快乐 (sheng dan kuai luh)=Merry Xmas, 新年快乐(shin nian kuai luh)=Happy New Year

For Hong Kong you can use either Cantonese or English. Cantonese: 聖誕快樂=Merry Xmas, 新年快樂=Happy New Year

    Not sure about Malay though.
