    adr is american depository receipts.

    this is a way for people to buy stocks of foreign companies on u.s. exchanges. a sponsoring bank issues the ADR's on behalf of the foreign company and handles all buy, split, dividend, etc transactions. normally only large foreign companies bother with this. it's a way for them to have access to a larger pool of potential investors.

    Rebate is an amount paid back to you in the form of cash or credit for purchasing something. Adr could be Address. Do you mean APR, Annual Percentage Rate. That is the actual amount of your borrowing based on annualized rate.
