chicken, fish, peanut butter, bananas, brown long grain rice and run to the local nutrition store and grab some whey protein for shakes. You can add the bananas and the peanut butter to the shakes. Wait 10 min or so then weight train. will definately help. have fun and good luck

Anything with lots of protein. Go for lean meats and fish. Also, nuts and different types of beans are great sources of protein as well. You may also want to try protein shakes or protein bars. Try to find ones that aren't too high in sugar and carbs though.

I'm not a guy, but I know for sure eating a lot of protein will help. Chicken and tuna are great...the more you eat the more you'll bulk up. Make sure you get plenty of rest though. The rest is what actually causes you to get bigger.

You need to EAT LOTS OF PROTEIN -- if you want to build muscle, a good rule of thumb is to eat one gram of protein per pound of body weight per day, so if you way 175 pounds you need to get 175g of protein in your diet every day. WARNING: Eating extra protein makes your kidneys work a little harder, so drink more water too.

Okay, I grew up in a house where I had to put up with two body building brothers! They ate baked chicken breast, & steamed rice every day, three times a day! Their diet was very strict and they weren't even allowed to season thier food! Anywayu it worked for them! They always placed in their shows!

    Food doesn't turn into muscle.

You have to "need" more protein than you're already eating and that's unlikely. Americans already eat 200-300% more protein each day than they need.

    As said above, PROTEINS.

Egg whites have lots of lean protein. Also chicken breast and beef. Try to avoid fatty meat, get it as lean as possible. Tuna is a good choice too.
