The warmest place/town/city/village in New York State is?

I think Manhattan would be the warmest due to the fact that all the subways and steam pipes under the streets keep things from freezing up.
It is definitely much warmer here than in parts of upstate/Western NY state!
For example - today's temperatures:
NYC - 52(f)
Binghampton - 32(f) and snowing
Albany - 37(f) - and snowing
Buffalo - 32(f)
Montauk - 43(f) - farthest tip of Long Island

No idea, but generally, head away from Canada. So I guess the most southern part. Yonkers? Might be the city, next to a roaring fire with some cocoa
