1993 Dodge Dakota backfire when breather is on and skips?

checked the map sensor ,iac sensor,voltages are correct,seems to be overloading

    IF IT IS A 3.9 CHECK THE TIP OF THE DISTRIBUTOR ROTOR.

    IF IT IS LOOSE THEN THE DRIVE GEAR AND BUSHING WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. THE GEAR IS DRIVEN BY THE CAMSHAFT AND IT DRIVES BOTH THE OIL PUMP AND DISTIBUTOR. THE BUSHING IN THE BLOCK WILL SEIZE TO THE SHAFT AND EVENTUALLY WEAR OUT THE DISTRIBUTOR.

    check your breather an make sure its clear, but you will also probaly want to change the cap an rotor on it.

    check plugs and plug wires. and make sure plug wires are not crossed in any way.
