Why does the NBA allow traveling, offensive fouls, and phantom fouls?

The instant replay many times show no contact or the defender standing like a tree with his arms straight up and the whistle would blow

To call all of the infractions would slow the game down so much that it would be boring to watch. The NBA is interested in maintaining the flow and excitement level of the game. It's not perfect but its harmonious.

Because its impossible to officiate that game...and with the "Jordan Rules" that apply to superstars, it makes it even more impossible...

because some officals let them get away with it
